Planning, managing and monitoring of hotel operations and hotel openings as a Senior Hotel Manager. Strong, professional and personal relations with sales forces; T/O, T/A, MICE, Affiliations, Online channels (B to B’s-B to C’s, GDS, internet-web sales agents & distributing systems) Special business relations with local and national government offices, as well as public and private media & PR agencies. . Completing hotel openings in the form of new projects, take-overs, and conversions with local and international hotel chains. . I have a dual citizenship of Turkey and U.S. I hold a master’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Florida International University and will receive my Ph.D. In Business Management from Universidad Azteca in Mexico in 2018. My first working experience was with airline catering followed by management of themed restaurants owned by Restaurant Associates of America. I joined Hilton Int. in 1991 as the F&B Manager for Antalya Hilton Resort in Turkey. Since then I have been involved in the opening of 18 hotels during my career. Currently I am working as an independent consultant offering services; in hotel openings, conversions, take-overs and re-organization.
