I have been working in the hotel industry for over thirty five years and believe my experience in this capacity would be of benefit to interested parties.

I have a dual citizenship of Turkey and U.S. I hold a master’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Florida International University and will receive my Ph.D. In Business Management from Universidad Azteca in Mexico in 2018. My first working experience was with airline catering followed by management of themed restaurants owned by Restaurant Associates of America. I joined Hilton Int. in 1991 as the F&B Manager for Antalya Hilton Resort in Turkey. Since then I have been involved in the opening of 18 hotels during my career. Currently I am working as an independent consultant offering services; in hotel openings, conversions, take-overs and re-organization.
