I provide coaching services to foreign and Japanese executives who have to obtain results in international and Japan context environments. Issues range from improving efficiency to workplace relationships. I am the author of, 異文化摩擦を解消する英語ビジネスコミュニケーション術 Strategy for Business Communication, a book expressly for Japanese executives.

My successes include such projects as having a Japanese CEO of a top beverage maker meet with American billionaire investors and American politicians, working with adversarial lawyers in a merger, managing negative publicity in the agriculture industry, and increasing insurance sales in India.
I have also been instrumental in advising and guiding Japanese professionals (including those with low ability in English) in understanding the mindset and how-to interact with non-Japanese. He has a solid understanding of how Japanese and non-Japanese work together combined with the ability to build bridges between cultural dissimilarities. His knowledge of how the Japanese think has been critical to helping Japanese executives acculturate a western mindset needed in high-stress, high-profile environments.
