Try being mentored by someone from the Pacific where life is much simpler and the complexities in life is easily identified.
I am a coach in every sense of the word. I started coaching athletics the first year after high school and it has now brought me this far 20 years later.
I have developed a neck for listening and solution finding for athletes. In life all we need is to offload our thoughts to someone else, and you will be amazed with the leverage of sharing. There are solutions that you already know but cant identify, there are obvious answers that are thrown at you every day of your life.
Signing up as a mentee is an indication that you already have set yourself up to listen to the solutions of your current situations. This process has a psychological effect on your willingness to make a positive step to improving your life.
I have progressed from coaching my former high school athletics team, to becoming a fitness trainer for a national basketball team, and national coach for the Athletics team and Biggies Wellness Weigh-loss Consultant. Recently I will be at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast AUSTRALIA, brushing shoulders with WORLD CLASS Coaches, Mentors and Super Athletes and I am super excited to be there.
Having acquired a vast knowledge and experience with dealing with people who have set targets to surge forth in their individual lives to achieve an ultimate goal, staying on to the straight and narrow path and never giving up of that goal.
I have a experience in helping athletes rise after every fall, believing in their own abilities and staying with the course until the very end.
Making those goals as a part of your life and choosing to do so is always the hardest part of the journey. once you accustom yourself to those challenges first everything will fall in place.
If these sentiments appeal to you, then see you on the other side of greatness and self discovery.
