Experience Description: I have been an Implementation Specialist, Project Manager, Training Manager, Senior Account Manager and currently a Sales Director. The skills I have learnt over the years has helped me to grow the businesses I have supported as well as further achieve the goals of the clients I managed and worked closely with.

My core focus has not only been on the management of sales teams and implementing improvements to the planning, presentation and sales teams needs but also with developing client and partner relationships.
Having been involved in Marketing Management, Project Management and being a qualified trainer I have successfully managed a variety of portfolios, including having managed over 80 domestic and international clients.
I am able to work well under pressure, have strong planning skills and can prioritise my tasks accordingly. My people skills have been used to engage various stakeholders from CEO’s, CIO’s, CMO’s and more with excellent presentation in a courteous manner throughout my various roles.
I have a high level of competency in communication and am a polite and patient person. I am creative, organised, self-motivated and always take an enthusiastic approach to work and new challenges and thoroughly enjoy building on existing client relationships as a Senior Account Manager.
