Currently working as a free-lance management consultant with over 14 years experience in PMO/Project/Programme Management. I have strong experience in the change, set-up and management of PMO’s (Programme Management Office’s). I have worked in a wide range of project environments including UK central, local, regional and the NHS (National Health Service) as well healthcare experience in the Middle East (Qatar). I worked on a wide range of subject matters from European Structural Funds Programmes to Cost improvement programmes. I have also gained a number of years line management experience.
