Ksenia is a Certified Professional Co-active® Coach (CPCC), CTI Co-Active Leadership Program graduate, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation with 600+ recorded coaching hours. She holds a Masters degree in Economics and Management from The State University of Management in Moscow, Russia and Bsc in Information Science and Operations Research from The University of South Africa.

Prior to becoming a coach, Ksenia’s corporate career spanned 15 years in a range of disciplines and roles. She worked in the financial services industry with multicultural teams across the world and has the first-hand experience in dealing with corporate stakeholders.
