Meet in Person
Well recognised for having tackled a diverse and challenging range of projects, I managed the delivery of a wide range of IT-related projects focused around business change in central and local government and the health sector.
My eclectic experience spans the procurement of an organisation to monitor all gaming machines (pokies) in pubs and clubs around NZ – a contract worth NZ$42 million – to rescuing a web development project valued at NZ$500K.
My key strengths are being able to establish core purpose and quickly understand complex political and technical issues by relating to and conversing with a wide range of stakeholders. I am able to identify key issues and negotiate priorities while managing inherent risks. This approach has enabled me to bring many varied projects to a successful conclusion and realise benefits and therefore value for my clients.
I have delivered professional project management training for the Institute of IT Professionals (IITP) in New Zealand and have given several presentations on project management in Myanmar. In 2015 I delivered my first training course in the Golden Land.
Training for your organisation is available on request. Courses available include: Project Management, Risk Management, Benefits Management (Benefits Realisation), Project Governance, and Project Leadership. I can also assess the level of project management maturity within your organisation and advise on the best structures to support efficient and successful project management practice.
