Having over 20 years experience in the education industry it has been a natural personal mission of hers to help other succeed and learn how to excel in their chosen role. Melody’s ability to assess an employees strengths and opportunities has allowed her to have a long list of employees who have grown to meet their career goals.
Melody has also had a great deal of experience with start ups, acquisitions, and turn around business models that has strengthen her business acumen to assist others with their business analysis.
