Melody has had a successful career mentoring others and developing their skill set to the next level. Having over 20 years experience in the education industry it has been a natural personal mission of hers to help other succeed and learn how to excel in their chosen role. Melody’s ability to assess an employees strengths and opportunities has allowed her to have a long list of employees who have grown to meet their career goals.

Melody has also had a great deal of experience with start ups, acquisitions, and turn around business models that has strengthen her business acumen to assist others with their business analysis. She is able to dissect the business model, systems processes, assess risk/opportunity while looking at improving talent management. In her executive roles she has been able to mentor others in their talent acquisition and performance management to create strong teams with high expectations.

Melody’s career path has also led her to understand the importance of compliance and managing business processes with integrity. Her passion for creating a winning culture, developing talent, creating efficient business processes while providing excellent customer service is what she would like to pass on to those she mentors.

Melody is a life long learner. She is in the process of completing her fifth degree and is the first to graduate from college in her family of seven kids. Hard work, competitive spirit, and the love of helping others has made her go from first grade teacher to college president.
