Other Information:
I care about people and helping them get where they want to go. Life is a roller-coaster and I have lived this too so I know what it’s like. I also know the benefits of having someone on my side , in my corner who supports and challenges me to get where I want to go.
My coaching style is to give space to ‘press the pause button’ if you will. This gives a chance for you to catch your breath and take a meaningful break from this fast moving world in which we live. You get the chance to step back and reflect on what is really important. To get clarity about the destination and the possible routes to get you there. I provide support with challenge, where appropriate, in a positive friendly atmosphere and believe it can also be fun.
It is amazing what can be achieved as we learn more about ourselves. Support is also meaningful when making positive changes and the challenges and opportunities this creates.
Finally It is about accountability, self awareness, how others perceive us, as well as valuing ourselves and our past achievements as a foundation for whatever future you want to create for you and those around you.
