Reporting directly to the Arval Portugal Managing Director. * Managing Director | Operations | Procurement | Business Development - GE Capital (Nov 2015 – Dec 2016) Proactively seeking a new professional challenge, as a company executive leader or business unit leader or even as a functional director of the following areas: i) Operations; ii) Buying / Procurement; or iii) Sales / Business Development. * Country Manager - GE Capital (Dec 2007 – Nov 2015) In 2008, due to a Group strategic move, the GE Money new business activity was discontinued. Consequently, all my functions were totally transferred to the GE Capital Fleet Services business. As a reflexion of this decision, the JV partners agreed to liquidate the Joint Venture - Millennium bcp renting, which was participated by GE Capital Portugal (50%). Team leader of 40 employees, ensuring the responsibility of the company back-office which included, direct & indirect sourcing, vehicles orders & deliveries management, vehicles maintenance, vehicles contracts terminations, vehicles insurance, collections and vehicles remarketing. This functions were also applicable to the Joint Venture - Millennium bcp renting, during the liquidation process of this company. Reporting directly to the GE Capital Regional Director, based in London, UK. * Procurement & Productivity Director - GE Capital (May 2003 – Dec 2007) Team leader of 3 direct reports having the total responsibility of the planning, coordination and execution of the company short, medium and long term direct & indirect sourcing strategy. Reporting directly to the CFO (common to both legal entities) | Reporting directly to the Managing Director from 2007, onwards. * International Sourcing Manager - Jerónimo Martins (Jan 2000 – May 2003) Team leader with 3 direct reports embracing the responsibility over all “Food” and “Non Food” direct imports for the group badges Pingo Doce, Feira Nova, Recheio (Portugal), Poland and Brazil. Reporting directly to the International Sourcing Director.
