Phil has qualifications in Human Resource Management and Sociology and a professional background in Market Research, Marketing and Human Resources, having worked in manufacturing and marketing organisations. He also started his own business which grew successfully and, together with others, was listed on the ASX.
Phil`s early career experience is in Market Research, Marketing and Human Resources working with Unilever and Nestle. In Human Resources he worked across the sectors of strategy, policy, training and development in Australia, as well as Industrial Relations in the UK.
Phil’s experience in consulting includes both Executive Recruitment and Human Resource Services within a large Australian consulting organisation. He co-founded a Consulting Business, which became part of Recruiters Australia Limited, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2000. Phil progressed within this larger organisation to the role of Chief Executive Officer and remained as National Manager of this business when it was acquired by Adecco, the world’s largest staffing company.
Phil has designed and conducted organisation development and training initiatives to support companies and people through the process of change and has worked with senior management on a wide range of productivity improvement projects. He has extensive experience in dealing with middle and senior management in relation to Recruitment, Career and Business Coaching.
Phil consults to clients and individuals across the full spectrum of his expertise including Executive Coaching, Recruitment, Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Career Counselling and Marketing. Through his consulting career, he has had extensive involvement in such industries as Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Telecommunications and Pharmaceuticals.
