My name is Andrew Latham. I worked in the Energy business for 42 years, in 26 different countries. I also have a lot of experience in mentoring programs, having helped to establish mentoring programs at a major corporation, and having personally mentored many people in areas such as technical skills, career planning, personal skills development, personal confidence building and public speaking. I enjoy the role of mentor in that it connects me to so many interesting people and different experiences and viewpoints.
