I believe that the right people are the most important asset to any business. It is essential that the mentor and mentee are passionate about their work and want to achieve project and business objectives.

Teamwork and discipline are a necessary ingredient to achieving success, it is essential that the team leader supports team members in both work and personal related matters where possible to establish a strong bond and trust. I want to pass on my 40+ years of experience in the project management field to help less experienced project managers learn on the job and improve their skills.  It is important to understand that the project is implemented to enhance the overall business and this should not be underestimated.

I can help in this area and highlight the benefits of changes that may be necessary during execution understanding the potential effects on schedule and budget and if it is beneficial to proceed with a change or maintain the approved execution methodology.

I have been working as a designer for nearly 30 years. I began working as a print designer before heading back to study to begin my second career. This threw me into the digital space where I designed elearning and educational games, animations, websites and web apps. I have worked both in Australia and the United Kingdom having gained experience in government and digital agencies and technology companies.

Alongside this, I am a budding filmmaker. I have written short films – one of which was produced in Australia and premiered in the UK. While in the UK, I produced a short film. More recently, I’ve been entering the film festival circuit with my scripts and am working on feature length screenplays now.

I find the two pursuits knit together quite nicely. There are many similarities between storytelling and user experience design. The point at which the two overlap is a very exciting position to be working.

Through creative campaigns, hard work and solid long term media connections Amanda has applied her strategic planning skills to some of the biggest global brands and names in the PR industry. She is now channelling that experience into her own dream –  Wildfest Southern Highlands.

Throughout her entire career she has always had a personal love of travel having trekked half the globe. Her work has extended to international media junkets promoting organisations in Kenya, Rwanda, Morocco, Spain, England, Vietnam and Canada so its a natural extension to create a fresh, innovative travel product here in Australia as part of the next evolution of her career.

My name is Andrew Minkovitz and I am currently a consultant in New York City, working in transfer pricing for a Big 4 firm. I graduated in 2017 from Georgetown University, where I studied international politics and international business in the School of Foreign Service. Having recently completed both the college and job search processes, I believe I can help provide a different prospective for those looking to study in the states or begin a professional career. Over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to engage in a number of internships and work in both the public and private sectors in the U.S. Among my experiences were positions in think tanks, strategic consulting firms, government initiatives, concert and event planning, and tennis instruction. I am here to provide any guidance and coaching needed!
