Sounds simple however we are often our own best or worst enemies on the path to our own success. To make progress past what we are used to, it often takes a third party, a disassociated observer to see the obvious trip point than others get accustomed to as normal. Normal is great for those with no desire to excel beyond that point, for the rest of us its a set point to challenge and change within ourselves first before its evident elsewhere. If you are ready to Kick ‘but’ then let’s connect!

    Strategy and project management

With a science degree in Psychology/Sociology and Diploma in Applied Social Studies I began my working life in the social welfare and community sectors, later moving to media. Holding a variety of senior executive management positions I am experienced in setting and implementing strategies for key policy areas including the screen industry, women’s workplace participation and government communications.

“I’ve had so much success helping individuals tackle issues and identify blockages, developing their skills and strategies to pull off their goals. Through my own work, I understand how to build teams, looking for the compatibilities and underlining individual strengths that combine to create an effective whole.”
