Experienced 7 companies including overseas’ spent 6 years as a representative director of two companies. I hope my advice based on my experience would help you go forward.
My name is Andrew Latham. I worked in the Energy business for 42 years, in 26 different countries. I also have a lot of experience in mentoring programs, having helped to establish mentoring programs at a major corporation, and having personally mentored many people in areas such as technical skills, career planning, personal skills development, personal confidence building and public speaking. I enjoy the role of mentor in that it connects me to so many interesting people and different experiences and viewpoints. I have learned as much or more that I have been able to give over the years and I consider mentoring to be one of the most enjoyable experiences of my career.
Now I am retired and, while I do miss the corporate world somewhat, it does give me more time for doing the things I enjoy like mentoring, providing time to charities and Non-profits, landscape gardening and travel.
Hello Mentees! Please read my bio above and connect! It will be a rewarding experience for both of us.
-Open your KJV and become OBEDIENT, PRAY for REVELATIONS and UNDERSTANDING of GOD and it will become your “LIVING WORD OF GOD”
Experiences in many different industries and walks of life, I am a lover of life and sharing my experiences in my professional career and the stories of lessons learned along the way are truly a pleasure. I have a medical and legal research background with US ARMY military adventures that have things even more interesting. I have always been a leader and can absolutely help to lead younger less experienced Safety people in the right direction to have an awesome career and life experience.
I am a guy who has had more ups and downs in his life than a roller coaster! I can say this is a VERY true statement “if it doesnt kill you then keep on doing it” I believe that every person tries to make the best life possible for them selves but some just dont look at the whole picture or they give up and settle way to soon. I will show you and talk you through how to get through those days. I want everyone
I had a major role on many of the first in the development and application of electronic toll collection (especially all-electronic tolling – AET). I have also been part of the management team as a vendor, consultant, and owner. I, therefore, likely seen the gamut of major management challenges in this arena and would like to pass on some of this knowledge to others in the industry.
Me: calm, understanding, listening, curious, finding your leading motive, going in depth, serious, focussed. Setting goals, overcoming fears.
Important: family relations, experiences, relationships, career. Dreams and having them come out.
I’ve coached managers and students and helped them further in their path to their ideal situation or even dreams. In retail business, sales, hospitality, elderly care and many others.
I moved from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, to Bangkok with my partner to continue my training and coaching career here.
The intake is around 30 minutes and is free of charge. I will be working with Skype, FaceTime or other visual contact techniques.
