To make progress past what we are used to, it often takes a third party, a disassociated observer to see the obvious trip point than others get accustomed to as normal. Normal is great for those with no desire to excel beyond that point, for the rest of us its a set point to challenge and change within ourselves first before its evident elsewhere.
