Leadership, Change, Team Engagement, Next Steps, are all areas that I love to coach. I love these areas because they represent seasons and environments that have been significant in my own life. Let’s take your journey to the next level as we work to walk through any or all of these areas. My background has been in working to help develop and design new projects in different cities and around the world. I have worked with both for-profits and non-profits and find the value of healthy employees, leadership and teams.
I am certified in DISC, People Mapping and Work Place Appreciation. I believe you are taking the first step now by looking for a mentor, which means you are seeking to move forward in some area. With questions, tools and accountability possibilities can be amazing if you are ready to engage the process. I love working with teams and individuals and look forward to hearing from you soon.
The Nurse Coach is an accumulation of all of the self-care work I have done myself in the last 5 years to create the happier, healthier, stronger, and passionate woman that I am today. Through this work I want to share with my fellow nurse compadres the art, science, and importance of self-care, especially when you work in an area where burnout, compassion fatigue, stress, and overwhelm often take over and leave us numb in a career that we once felt called to do. Let me help you learn how to take care of yourself in a kind and compassionate way, that provides you with tangible results and tools you can use from day one.
An Organisation Development and HR Director bridging Life Sciences, Financial and Professional Services, Industry and Manufacturing, as well as Non-Profit. Supporting and working with new business owners and experienced leaders to; set strategy and direction, design and develop organisations from start-up to scale-up, build skills and capability, enable high-performing teams and deliver projects during major transformation and change. I’m inspired by exchanging experience as a mentor and motivated by knowing that I’ve been able to benefit others and help them to succeed in work and life!
If you feel like your high school education or even college didn’t equip you with “real world” knowledge for you to be successful then you’re not alone! Most of my knowledge was gained outside the classroom setting after I was already in a situation that required the knowledge to make the best decision. A lot of young adults learn things the hard way in life, not because they make the wrong decisions but because they’re not aware of the other/better options they have on the table. I’m just here to be a positive example and role model to young people and provide them with the knowledge I was able to gain through my life experiences. I hope to connect and develop a positive relationship with any potential mentee that is willing to entrust me with the responsibility of directing them down the right path. I look forward to not only helping and teaching but also learning from my future mentee as well!
Hello my name is a Paul Taylor and over the past 30 years I have worked in a number of different areas (such as change management, operational management, and career development) across many industries (such as financial services, oil/gas, freelancing, charity and professional bodies).
I love being a mentor and helping people to fulfill their potential. I have mentored several people over the past four years (covering areas such as CV writing, going freelance, start-ups, change management, knowing when to leave a job plus many many other areas).
Therefore I will be able to use my years of experience to overcome the challenges, issues, obstacles, etc that you are encountering.
Strategy and project management

Holding a variety of senior executive management positions I am experienced in setting and implementing strategies for key policy areas including the screen industry, women’s workplace participation and government communications.
“I’ve had so much success helping individuals tackle issues and identify blockages, developing their skills and strategies to pull off their goals. Through my own work, I understand how to build teams, looking for the compatibilities and underlining individual strengths that combine to create an effective whole.”
I am a Master of Public Health (MPH) graduate concentrating in global health leadership and administration. I am happily married for 15 years and we have four children. The majority of things I am involved with are to be of service to others. Giving of yourself to assist other people in accomplishing goals gives me the most satisfaction. I believe this approach can be applied to all professions. When you put others first, it will eventually come around to help you in the end. Being selfless and not selfish will bring long term happiness and success!

The world of events is full of action, comedy, suspense, drama and rewards. The many characters that will be involved in an event makes the organiser sort of a director of a show, but also a ground crew who runs at every take, and something like an actor who needs to go up stage and make that announcement when the emcee take his ciggy break. Lots of planning, countless meetings, truckloads of to-dos and tons of hardwork. But the reward at the end when everyone congratulates you for a well-organised event is priceless – much more than the lucrative profit you can make out of this profession. I would like to bring up a next generation of event professionals who take pride in their craft, drive innovation, create value for all stakeholders and enjoy the lifestyle they want.
