MY MAIN GOAL IS: Find your mental peace in order to help you grow better and stronger. Then let's concentrate in business. I can help you with both.
What is your potential, and are you achieving it? I help you to identify and develop your unique talents. I love analysing and understanding people better, helping to improve job satisfaction and job performance. Together we will increase your self-awareness, brainstorm and decide on development actions, put together a personal development plan, and I will hold you to it! Are you ready to take the first step?
My name is Dr. Bireda. I have a PhD degree in psychology, MA degree in Educational Psychology and BA degree in English language teaching . I have worked as a language teacher, journalist, lecturer, counselling and career development specialist. I would be interested in mentoring research writing, how to publish research papers, editing research papers, job searching skill and career advising.
I love to mentor others along their own journey of change and trauma, as well as in running a business. I believe a business only thrives to the extent that you do, and in order to thrive we need to release what’s holding us back on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. I can help you to do that so you can thrive.
Dear future Mentee/s how wonderful to share the amazing journey, expertise and experiences gained in the past +60 years.

I’ve been teaching and researching interdisciplinary studies for forty years, and came up with the Story Clinic as a way of combining and focusing one’s understanding of participating in and being alive. Being alive is an astounding gift, and sharing that gift at many levels is what counts. A story told and heard is that gift shared. Whether intellectual, managerial, emotional or health-related, getting to the underlying story is my field of expertise.
High employer demand, fabulous salaries, great promotion prospects – what’s not to love about cyber security? Given how dependent we are on electronic devices, the demand for qualified cyber professionals will continue to grow for many years to come. Sure, it all sounds great, but where do you start? Cybersecurity involves a wide variety of professional and educational backgrounds both technical and non-technical. Where could you fit in?
My services include assistance in identifying personal goals, developing leadership skills and planning career moves, researching new career areas and employment opportunities, providing feedback on resumes and/or cover letters, roll playing and strategizing for a successful job interview.
I can help you clarify your goals, identify your strengths and weakness, and areas within Cybersecurity that may be a good fit and guide you through the process for entering this dynamic field.

“We would like to be an honest failure than a corrupt success.” Honesty is a very expensive gift, so we don’t expect it from cheap people.

I am a passionate and energetic person who loves to help people and see other people succeed. I thrive on giving my all to any project and enjoy the journey as much as the end result. I like being challenged with new projects and watching my hard work unfold. I have excellent time management and organization skills, I am a positive person and accept any road blocks or hiccups as a test and something to overcome. I have had much life experience, some brilliantly unforgettable and some so traumatic I wonder how I got through, but I did and here I am, still alive and kicking, my sense of humour still intact and ready for anything else life chooses to throw at me.
If you are stuck and are looking for direction, I will be able to help. I’ve counselled people on a personal and professional level for many years and am fortunate to have had success. I’m more interested in your getting your strategy and direction in place than whatever fee is involved.
I am a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and have lived here since 2005, and have been married to a woman for 18 years. We do not have children, but have a great German Shepherd boy. I love the mountains, and activities like camping, fishing, shooting targets and clay pigeons, and working on a ranch–especially am good at horse riding, and horse care. I like action, and am proficient in boxing, basketball, baseball, football, and a few other things.
As a Consultant Facilitator and Researcher for over 30 years, I have conducted lots of research and led many meetings, study groups and strategy workshops for leaders, project teams and private individuals. A diverse range of clients has included Action Homeless, the generals of the US Marine Corps, senior managers from Unilever, a group of individuals suffering from cancer, HM Prison Service and the trustees of a disaster relief charity.
Drawing on this experience, I could help you to run better meetings, to facilitate difficult conversations and to improve working relationships with colleagues or strategic partners. I specialise in helping you to rewrite plans, contemplate recurring issues and develop innovative projects.
