I had a major role on many of the first in the development and application of electronic toll collection (especially all-electronic tolling – AET). I have also been part of the management team as a vendor, consultant, and owner. I, therefore, likely seen the gamut of major management challenges in this arena and would like to pass on some of this knowledge to others in the industry.

I think the success of a start-up requires a good project, a lot of passion and a lot of experience to overcome the critical moments of the first phases of the company’s life cycle.
Thanks to my broad and multidisciplinary vision, I help start-ups in designing “unique” business models. I use my extensive, global network of specialists in various sectors to stay connected and tuned into what is going on around the world.
My culture is entrepreneurial. So I guide clients in the project realization by providing competencies and relationships with industrial companies, technology partners, venture capital funds and banks. My approach is to operate as partner for the development. I educate the management and provide clients with practical, deal-making advice and support.
If your company has a problem of development, please contact me.
I help organizations look at business problems, test new ideas, experiment and design new products and services. I am focused on the “outside-in” view, specifically from the customer/client perspective to generate new value for companies. I have experience in for-profit and non-profit innovation, community building, business modelling and customer research across a wide range of industry verticals.
I am a CEO/ Management Consultant/ CFO/ General Manager/ Vice President/ Project Manager/ Strategist. A quick learner, understand circumstances in a very short time, transform with clarity, make wise decisions, work with frameworks.
Groom numerous CEOs and top managers, executives, professional (lawyers, engineers, accountants, programmers).
I can guide you to understanding fundamental programming concepts using real-world examples and work stories. I can show you the “golden path”, the most efficient way to get anything done. This is the sort of thing you won’t read in any book or how-to guide.
If you are stuck and are looking for direction, I will be able to help. I’ve counselled people on a personal and professional level for many years and am fortunate to have had success. I’m more interested in your getting your strategy and direction in place than whatever fee is involved.

He has held several executive and management roles with responsibility for large and small teams in research and development labs and production plants, and in software product management, product development, and product marketing and sales. During the span of his career, he has participated as Principal Scientist in two IPO’s (Genetics Institute in 1986, and Somatogen in 1991), and as Founder in the transaction that resulted in the sale of Aegis Analytical Corporation to Accelrys in 2012 and its subsequent integration into Dassault Système’s BIOVIA brand.
As founder of Aegis Analytical Corporation in 1997, Justin was responsible for conceiving the initial product concept and requirements for the Discoverant software system, and had the leading role in securing $25 million of venture funding, as well as the first product sales, industry partnerships, staffing, management, customers, scientific advisers, product suite names, trademarks and patents. His other roles at Aegis were as the primary conduit for information flow between the FDA, Aegis and the industry to guide the company’s product vision and market strategy; initiating lead development to opportunity stage and supporting sales efforts for closing $75 million of total business with Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies; making presentations to bring Aegis and its offerings to the attention of decision-makers and influencers in prospective customer companies, professional groups, industry organizations, and regulatory bodies; and supporting the penetration of Aegis’ offerings into new markets and territories. Aegis was acquired by Accelrys, Inc. in October of 2012 for $30M, and Accelrys was then acquired by Dassault Systèmes for $750M to become the BIOVIA brand in April of 2014.
